1. Spring Reporting Electronic file
   PI-1208 School Board Report
   This data is received from the Wisconsin Association of School Boards. The data is received in June, October and February.
   
   
2. School Performance Report Web Application
   Posted May; due date June 30
   School Performance Report Website
   Data is collected on expulsions, extra-co-curricular activities, habitual truants, postgraduation follow-up, school-sponsored community activities, and suspensions (out-of-school).
   
   
3. Summer Reporting Paper Forms
   Mail date March 7, 2008; due date May 15, 2008
