Completed registration forms are due October 12, and must be submitted via e-mail to the Wisconsin FBLA State Office. No changes/cancellations to conference registration, and no refunds after October 12. No on-site registration is permitted.

For housing, fax the completed Official Hotel Reservation Form directly to the Chula Vista Resort by October 12. Please fax to the attention of Robin Dunham at 608-254-7653 and include actual district tax exempt form. Water park passes are included for all attendees. Housing arrangements must be made between Chula Vista Resort and the local FBLA chapter. The Department of Public Instruction and Wisconsin FBLA State Office have no involvement in this process because local chapters must make their own housing reservations.
