Family and Consumer Education and FCCLA ListServ

Welcome to the Family and Consumer Education & FCCLA's ListServ Information Page

This listserv is designed to facilitate interactive, electronic communication among the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) and the state's PK-12 education community.

DPI will use this list to send out:

  • routine correspondence, notices of meetings, position papers, research, and so forth
  • budget alerts and other budget-related information
  • updates on state and federal legislative activities
  • notices about publications and major additions to the DPI Web page

The listserv is also intended for use as a forum for Wisconsin educators to hold interactive discussions on issues related to PK-12 education, with special emphasis on the open exchange of ideas and information about comprehensive, standards-related FCE programs in three areas of emphasis - emerging trends, issues/topics, research, and resources related to the family setting, family and consumer services (or work-based learning in FCE), and FCCLA programs.

The listserv is an open, unmoderated list. Anyone associated with Wisconsin public or private elementary, middle/junior high, or high schools can subscribe, including CESA's, schools of education, or community partners. However, one must be a subscriber of the listserv to send messages to others on the list.

If you are interested in joining the listserv, send a blank email message to: join-fcefccla@lists.wi.gov

Thank you, and welcome to the FCE/FCCLA electronic discussion group!
